RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our returns policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging.

We are unable to accept returns for items affected by the following, as these are considered outside our control once the product has left our warehouse:

• Damage caused by impact
• Damage caused by scratching
• Damage caused by abrasive substances or chemical cleaning agents
• Damage caused by prolonged contact with water
• Damage caused by exposure to intense temperature
• Damage caused during assembly or installation
• Products that have already been installed

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@fixskirting.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, minus the cost of return shipping, within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as possible at info@fixskirting.co.uk with your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these cases individually and will work with you towards a fair resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund including shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour, finish, or size, please contact us at info@fixskirting.co.uk — we're happy to help where stock allows.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at info@fixskirting.co.uk as soon as possible. We can only guarantee a cancellation if the order has not yet been dispatched.
